I live in Duluth, MN. We have DSA and I tried it and looking for something better. Homeless is a major problem here. They brake in to my apartment building and find others needing cash at the grocery stores. This community is majority white and has been since its beginning. Although in my building we have 150 apartments with mulit generational and ethnic.
